Simple Condo Style Update

For this client, I updated the living room with the addition of a coffee table, pillows, lamp, artwork and a nice area rug. The updates made it feel like a new condo!

Kitchen Vacation Volia!

This client left on a vacation and asked me to update her kitchen in the meantime! How’s that for convenient? I updated it by painting her existing kitchen cabinets. I chose new counter-tops and a new back-splash to complete the look.

Tina Wolff has been an integral part of our design team since 2001.  During this time, Tina has worked with us to create showcase models for developers and over 60 condominium projects for individual buyer and investors.  Our firms recently collaborated to redevelop a 9,000 square foot home in Ladue.  This project was a complete interior gut rehab that required Tina’s constant attention.  I attribute much of the project’s success to Tina’s ability to work with the construction crew, understand the complexities of the project, work within the budget and provide timely information.
