This house had been not been touched in years and needed a major construction overhaul. Worked with a developer to put in on the market. We took out walls raised ceilings, completely changed design of the house. I chose finishes through-out that were timeless and that would have universal appeal. The home sold right away!

Tina Wolff has been an integral part of our design team since 2001.  During this time, Tina has worked with us to create showcase models for developers and over 60 condominium projects for individual buyer and investors.  Our firms recently collaborated to redevelop a 9,000 square foot home in Ladue.  This project was a complete interior gut rehab that required Tina’s constant attention.  I attribute much of the project’s success to Tina’s ability to work with the construction crew, understand the complexities of the project, work within the budget and provide timely information.
